| | VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL | | |

It requires strong determination and commitment from all parties involved: state, private and academic sectors. This joint pursuit can be classified as “coopetence” – as a cluster of cooperation and competence that will eventually lead to the attainment of this goal. The Joint Parliament Committee of the MERCOSUR To carry out the required studies - by technical organizations and/or representatives of member states - leading to the setting up of an Embryo Cluster of the MERCOSUR.
